Hi, I'm Danielle, a passionate Holistic Wellness Consultant, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Master Reiki Practitioner, Iridologist, and Herbalist living in Massachusetts with my husband and children. I offer Holistic Health Consulting services, classes and workshops for adults and children.
At Breathe & Bloom, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. I'm all about a results based approach that blends scientific and practical tools with intuitive and energetic techniques to get to the root cause of any blocks in your life so that you can make changes with ease, and show up as the best version of yourself.
Whether you're trying to reduce stress, searching for ways to improve a chronic health issue, wanting to transition in years with quality and dignity, or you just wish to enhance your overall day-to-day life, each session is designed with superior strategies that have your unique needs in mind.
